I have seen other chiropractors and I particularly love Dr. Toben's treatment. The adjustments are comfortable and are tailored to what I need each time. I also really appreciate that he does so much in addition to the adjustments. The extra therapies even made a huge difference on a wrist injury from a decade ago. Amazing bang-for-your-buck.

I highly recommend Dr. Toben. I was having severe hip pain at night and could not sleep. He worked on my glutes, IT band, needling for shoulder pain, and spinal alignment. The pain has decreased tremendously and I can sleep well now. He follows COVID guidelines, his office is clean, and of course, he is very knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough good things about his approach and expertise!

Dr. Toben is personable and easy to communicate with. He uses needling, cupping, Rostering, and/or scraping to release muscle tension before adjusting areas that need alignment. This makes the alignment easier. I usually feel improvement immediately!

I highly recommend Dr. Toben! When I walked into his office, I was barely able to stand up straight due to the pain and 30 minutes later, I felt like a whole new person. I was back in the gym the following day and have had zero issues. I told him that I was nervous because I’ve only seen a chiropractor a handful of times and he was so fantastic to work with. He walked me through everything he was doing and communicated with me the whole time.
